those times, Gillian turns to painting. “Eye” is what she painted as she reached a point of not being

able to work on her piece for this volume. The eye that painted itself in the image is the Eye of the

Storm but also the Eye That Witnesses, that simply takes in what is, with calm. Gillian wishes to thank
